Tamworth Physical Culture Club (TPCC) values social media as a key tool for member engagement, and has created a policy to support responsible and inclusive participation. 

The policy aims to help our community use social media effectively while managing risks and maintaining respect, safety, and clear responsibilities.

Agreement to the terms of the policy and procedures is a condition of membership of our club. All members are urged to read the policy and its procedures in its entirety.

All members are required to complete this form to:

• indicate you agree to abide by the terms of the policy and procedures, and
• give consent or otherwise, in regard to photography and filming of you/your child during physie events, including but not limited to classes, competitions and social events.
