Payment plans are available by request.

~ DO YOU HAVE ACTIVE & CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS? ~

We accept Active and Creative Kids vouchers. One voucher per member per term.

Please email tamworthphysie@hotmail.com with your voucher and we will instruct you on what to do next.

~ ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR A FAMILY DISCOUNT? ~

A discount is available for members of the same immediate family/household.

1st member: Full price

2nd member: $10 discount per term (use code: 2NDFAMDISC)

3rd member: $20 discount per term (use code: 3RDFAMDISC)

4th member: $30 discount per term (use code: 4THFAMDISC)
